From Waterloon, take a Bakerloo (brown) Line train to Oxford Circus; from Kings Cross, take the Victoria Line (light blue) to Oxford Circus, or the Piccadilly Line (dark blue) to Holborn. The Piccadilly Line can also get you to Hammersmith, if that’s easier in some way.

The London Overground goes from Clapham Junction to Shepherd’s Bush, and the Overground station at the latter is in the same location as the Underground. If you’re on a Victoria train with Clapham Junction as a stop along the way, this can be a SERIOUS time saver as you basically avoid central London.

As for buses, from Waterloo take a 211 to Hammersmith, and you can take a 148 from Victoria (along the 211 route) or a 295 from Hammersmith to Shepherd’s Bush. From King’s Cross, take a 390 to Queensway, then a 94 or 148 to Shepherd’s Bush.

From Paddington, grab a Bakerloo Line train to Oxford Circus, then a Central Line to Shepherd’s Bush; or a 27 bus to Hammersmith then a 295 to Shepherd’s Bush.

I don’t think I’ve written “Shepherd’s Bush” so much in a post in my life. ;)

It might help if we knew where you’ll be on the day. So we know where you’re starting from.
